The Mission

Build ballplayers who love the game, teammates who love each other, and young men who compete with heart and carry themselves with respect — on the field, in the dugout, and at home.

Wins are fun. Development is the mission. At 7U, every rep, every rotation, and every high-five is building the player he'll be at 12U — and the person he'll be at 25.

What we stand for

The Outlaw Code

I

Hustle Everywhere

We sprint on, we sprint off. Effort is free and Outlaws spend all of it — every inning, every drill.

II

Pick Up Your Partner

Teammates first. We cheer louder for each other than anybody in the stands. Nobody rides alone.

III

Respect the Game

Umps, opponents, coaches, parents. Win humble, lose hungry, tip your cap either way.

IV

Have Fun Out There

We are seven years old and playing baseball. Joy is the whole point — never coach it out of them.

How we build ballplayers

How We Train

Reps Over Lectures

Practices are built in stations so every kid is moving, swinging, and throwing — not standing in line. Maximum touches, minimum standing around.

Every Position, Every Kid

At 7U nobody is "just an outfielder." Players rotate through the whole field so they learn the game — and find what they love.

Fundamentals First

Catch it, throw it, hit it, run it — done right ten thousand times. Flashy comes later. Fundamentals win at every age.

Coached Like Big Leaguers

High standards, delivered with patience. We correct with a next-rep mindset: "here's the fix, go try it" — not criticism a seven-year-old carries home.

Homework Included

Growth happens between practices. Our Train page gives families drills for the backyard, the garage, and the off-season.

Family Is the Program

Parents are partners, not spectators. Clear communication, defined roles on game day, and a bleacher culture we're proud of.
